In
1959, NASA called for food "suitable for use in space".
This meant that it was necessary for all contact with microorganisms
to be avoided during production, storage and transportation. The
process developed to achieve this - "Hazard Analysis
Critical Control Point (HACCP) " - now
forms the basis for managing food transportation.
To this end, Danzas is using a monitoring system co-developed
with OHB TELEDATA. The
COOL system also forms a key element of the ISO 9002 quality
management system.
